Quality Stone is a Malta-based specialist in premium stone surfaces, supplying and installing materials for kitchens, interiors and bespoke projects.   Their work is highly visual and highly personal. Customers are not simply choosing a product from a catalogue. They are selecting materials, finishes and combinations that will become part of their home for years to come.  

The Challenge

  Buying a kitchen worktop is difficult to translate into a conventional website experience.   Customers often need to imagine how a particular stone will look with their kitchen, understand the different materials available and provide detailed information before an accurate quotation can even begin.   Quality Stone needed a website that reflected the premium standard of their finished work while also solving these practical challenges.   The objective was to turn the website into more than a portfolio. It needed to inspire, educate and help potential customers move significantly further into the decision-making process before contacting the team.  

Our Solution

  We designed and developed a premium digital experience around the way customers actually choose a kitchen surface.   The website combines strong photography and a carefully considered visual style with several custom-built interactive tools.   Customers can explore completed Quality Stone projects for inspiration, experiment with different combinations through an interactive Kitchen Visualiser and build a detailed quotation request using a multi-step Kitchen Top Quote Builder.   Instead of receiving a basic enquiry containing little more than a name and phone number, Quality Stone can receive structured information about the customer's project, including their selections, measurements and uploaded kitchen drawings.   The result is a website that works both as a showcase of craftsmanship and as a practical tool for generating more detailed, better prepared enquiries.
