About the Client
Salpa Sub is a specialist supplier within the spearfishing and diving industry, offering equipment from recognised brands across a wide range of categories.
The business needed a digital platform where customers could easily explore its product range, find the equipment they were interested in and contact the team for pricing and further information.
The Challenge
With a large catalogue of products from different manufacturers, Salpa Sub needed a website that made the range easy to navigate without turning the platform into a traditional online shop.
Customers needed to be able to browse products in detail, select multiple items they were interested in and submit them together as a quotation request.
The website also needed to give Salpa Sub a practical way to manage products, categories, brands and product information from one central system.
Our Solution
We designed and developed the Salpa Sub website using WordPress and WooCommerce, adapting the platform around a quotation-based sales process.
Instead of allowing customers to purchase products directly online, the website works as an extensive digital catalogue. Visitors can browse the available equipment, view product details and add items to a quote list.
Once they have selected the products they are interested in, they can submit a quotation request directly to Salpa Sub for pricing, availability and further information.
WooCommerce provides the structure behind the catalogue, giving the Salpa Sub team an organised system for managing products while keeping the customer experience focused on enquiries rather than online checkout.
